NanoAvionics provides flight-proven nanosatellite (from 3U to 16U) and microsatellite (up to 220kg) buses based on modular design and standardized architecture, which allows time and cost-efficient configurations by adding mission-specific modules. NanoAvionics satellite buses are constellation-optimized and can be applied to a wide variety of tasks, including remote sensing, complex communications missions, fundamental research, emergency communications and others.
The performance of all NanoAvionics micro & nanosatellite buses is optimized for a variety of applications – their subsystems have been flight-proven during commercial, scientific, and technology demonstration missions.
The hardware and software of NanoAvionics satellite buses are established on baseline architecture and mission-specific “building blocks” for flexible, time- & cost-efficient integration, resulting in wide applicability, reliability, repeatability, and manufacturability.
By doubling the critical satellite subsystems, single-point failures are removed from the system, hence adding mission reliability and redundancy.
NanoAvionics significantly shortens the time to customize a satellite and lowers the overall price of a spacecraft by keeping about 80% of the flight-proven architecture consistent for each mission and using in-house developed modular subsystems manufactured in advance and in larger quantities.
NanoAvionics offers remote satellites (FlatSats) to its customers. They fully mimic real satellite bus hardware and software – allowing customers to run tests via remote network connectivity without the need to ship the equipment back and forth between the customer’s and NanoAvionics’ facilities. The FlatSat system is being constantly updated by our team thus allowing customers to work with the latest cutting-edge tech.
