Business Development Manager (Lithuania)

NanoAvionics team is constantly growing and now we have reached a point where our international sales team would like to hire a Business Development Manager to help a further expansion of the business. You will have an important role in the company to lead the whole span of activities related to international sales, collaborating with the engineering department. This position includes travels and participation in relevant events.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Sales related documentation management
  • Communication with existing and potential customers
  • Offers preparation
  • Negotiations with the customer
  • Works coordination with the technical team
  • Orders status monitoring
  • CRM maintenance
  • Hunting new prospects and leads
  • Participating in trade shows


  • At least 2 years of successful international sales experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong, determined and proactive personality
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • An engineering background would be an advantage.


1000-1600 eur/mon. net + Commissions depending on your sales results
