Business Development Manager (Propulsion Systems)

NanoAvionics is the first aerospace company which offers a high-performance, chemical propulsion system for nano and microsatellite market. The system has the potential to unlock massive relaunch savings for satellite operators by an estimated 80%.

Our Business Development team is looking for a new team member who will be responsible for organizing sales activities of propulsion product line including representing the company for potential customers. Additionally, as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of business proposals and negotiating sales deals. This position involves travels including participation in industry events and customer visits.

  • Looking for new customers and engaging with them
  • Presenting the company and its product to potential customers
  • Soliciting proposals, responding to calls for proposals
  • Negotiating potential sales deals
  • Participating in relevant trade shows and space conferences worldwide
  • Developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Close collaboration within the business development team as well as the engineering department


  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales of satellite propulsion related products
  • Engineering background (Aerospace background, especially area of satellite propulsion systems, would be considered as an advantage)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel
