As the Software Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in our satellite projects, overseeing a talented group of engineers and driving the development of mission-critical embedded systems. As Software Team Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers and their resources in the design, development, and validation of bare metal embedded systems for satellite platforms;
Ensure team wellness, periodic 1-on-1’s, KPI’s tracking;
Collaborate with other software teams and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment on company goals;
Collaborate in establishing and maintaining team way-of-working processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables together with Technical Lead;
Monitor team progress, identify and address potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

We expect you to:

Have at least 3 years in software team management;
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and project management skills;
Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Nice to have:

Have at least 2 years of experience in software development;
General knowledge of C, C++ programming languages and toolchains;
Familiarity with satellite communication protocols and standards;
Experience in managing a geographically dispersed team.

Salary

Salary starts from 3300 eur/month gross;
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience.
