Engineering technical writers specialize in creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as: product datasheets, interface control documents, technical reports, user guides and other.

They communicate and coordinate with internal teams (system engineering, marketing, software, and others) to gather and analyze different forms of data, using the findings as a basis for writing materials.

They also liaise with clients, identifying the needs of the customers, and submitting needed documents to them while adhering to the company’s policies and regulations.

As Engineering Technical Writer, you will:

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Ensure that deliverables conform to the company style and policy.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Proactively identify gaps in the documentation.
Assist the marketing team in creating other resources.

We expect you to:

Have a superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Be highly flexible, accountable and to take ownership.
Manage tasks on time.
Translate verbal information into clearly written documents.
Be proficient in reading and understand technical documents.
Be highly self-motivated and well-organized.
Have expertise and knowledge of MS Office suit including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have:

Experience in satellite and aerospace industry.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
Desire to improve as a technical writing specialist.

Salary:

Starting at 2455 euros gross/a month.
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience.
