Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible and self-motivated individual to take on the role of ERP Data Specialist. You will focus on ERP data management ensuring it’s clean and accurate. You will work closely with supply chain, production and engineering teams to ensure that all related operations are correctly reflected in ERP system.

As ERP data specialist, you will:

  • Maintain ERP data (suppliers and items data, BOM’s, product configurations, etc.) and ensure the accuracy of all changes
  • Work with production, engineering and finance departments to set up, monitor and administrate material flow and manufacturing work orders in ERP system
  • Participate in the release new or modifying existing production articles, taking responsibility for ERP related activities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ERP activities related to supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain of ERP-related instructions and documentation to ensure that employees have access to clear and up-to-date guidelines
  • Participate in continuous cycle counting and annual inventory
  • Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors
  • Generate inventory control metrics and prepare related reports

We expect you to have:

  •  2-3 years of experience with ERP data in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
  • Depp understanding of manufacturing operations
  • Attention to detail in data entry
  • Experience with Excel and ability to build reports
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English

Salary

  • Salary starts from 2500 to 3300 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
