Supply Chain team is looking for a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team of satellite technology professionals. You will have an important role in the company to oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to logistics and distribution. You will work closely with other engineering departments to optimize and implement processes and meet business goals and objectives.

As Head of Supply Chain, you will:

Lead a team of Supply Chain specialists, providing direction, coaching and development opportunities
Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and resolving challenges as needed
Monitor and analyze commercial projects from a procurement perspective.
Identify risks and opportunities, implementing solutions to drive efficiencies leading departments ways of working to operational excellence
Oversee engineering logistical operations
Manage inventory levels to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained while minimizing excess inventory
Conduct cost analyses and identify cost savings opportunities across the supply chain
Plan and manage departments resources

We expect you to have:

Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in engineering or production supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
Ability to lead and develop high-performing team
Great understanding of procurement processes, logistical operations, and supplier management
Experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment preferred
Good English language knowledge (oral and written)

Nice to have:

Space industry experience or degree is an advantage but not a requirement
Direct experience in sales or purchasing.

SALARY:

Starting from 3600 euros gross/ a month
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
