Organizational Development team is looking for an IT Asset Coordinator! In this role you will be responsible for taking care of IT equipment issuing and tracking, access management within the IT tools that we use daily, managing the licenses for the mentioned tools, helping implement new IT projects, and providing an overall perspective on the IT infrastructure. You will be reporting to the IT Security Manager and will be working with your colleagues and 3rd party suppliers (IT service desk, license suppliers, etc.) 

As IT Asset Coordinator you will:

  • Track the IT infrastructure:
    – Inventory and update devices issued to the company employees regularly.
    – Issue new devices to the company employees. 
  • Manage and update access rights for company employees within a multitude of IT tools we use. 
  • Manage 3rd software licenses by updating them regularly and ensuring there are enough licenses for all company employees. 
  • Manage our IT tools and provide support to your colleagues. 
  • Assist IT Security Manager in new IT projects implementation covering IT asset management, cyber security and more. 

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in IT systems administration and asset management. 
  • Hands-on experience in access and permission management with various software tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 
  • Good communication skills – as an IT Asset Coordinator you will have to communicate with your colleagues and 3rd party partners / suppliers daily. 
  • Good written and spoken English language skills. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). 
  • Experience with BlueTally.

Salary:

  • Starting from 1950 euros gross/ a month
  • The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
