Join the NanoAvionics Supply Chain department and be a part of the new space team! We are looking for a responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented colleague to work with the high-tech inventory and materials from which we make satellites! If you are able to receive, handle, pack, ship and control documentation coming along with it – We Need You!

As Logistics Manager you will:

Oversee and coordinate the entire logistics process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from origin to destination.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers, to negotiate contracts and maintain high service standards.
Continuously analyze and improve logistics processes, identifying areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays, exceptions, or issues that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance standards to ensure legal and compliant operations.

We expect you to:

Act as the owner of the company’s logistics procedures.
Be a quick-thinker, well-focused, sometimes tough and a little pedantic.
Have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Be nimble but at the same time attentive and careful.

Nice to have:

Experience working with Excel, ERP systems/EAN scanners.
Experience in customs processes, especially of limited and constrained items.

Salary:

Starting from 2100 eur gross/month
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
