NanoAvionics Business Development and Marketing team is looking to welcome a new colleague to implement our outbound programs, manage contact database on HubSpot CRM, and provide valuable lead funnel and market insights to sales and marketing colleagues. This role provides a unique opportunity to deep dive into the space technology business, understand how marketing and outbound sales programs work, test and adopt advanced automation tools as well as improve collaboration across marketing and sales teams. This is a new role at NanoAvionics which means that you’ll have an opportunity to shape your responsibilities and the outbound strategy together with your manager as well as move your professional growth to a desired direction.

As Outbound Program Specialist you will:

  • Identify and contact prospective customers using outbound prospecting strategies via email (automated sequences), social media and other channels
  • Manage and upload leads as well as ensure data hygiene within our marketing and CRM system (we use HubSpot)
  • Enrich our database by segmenting contacts for marketing campaigns and keeping prospects warm, build organization profiles and assigning buying roles for key target accounts
  • Scout the market for newly emerging space companies and market tendencies, enrich our database and create reports
  • Liaise with our internal marketing and sales support team to ensure all leads are organized and responded to
  • Create funnel reports for outbound and inbound leads
  • You will become our in-house expert when it comes to CRM usage including improvement of sales workflow by adopting automation tools as well as gaining business insights from comprehensive reporting system

  • Be very organized
  • Have a flexible problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail skills
  • Be proactive and show a high interest in learning and continuous improvement
  • Be familiar with marketing outbound and inbound strategies

Nice to have:

  • HubSpot certificates
  • Previous sales analytics experience
  • Previous outreach experience
  • Usage of different marketing and sales tools

Salary:

  • Starting from 1600 eur/month gross
  • The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
