Production Manager – AIT Team

Our AIT team is looking for a Production Manager to join our team of satellite technology professionals. You will have an important role in the company to organize and control satellites and their subsystems production process – in-house as well as with our suppliers. You will be the key person ensuring that the components or systems are made to the right specifications and are ready on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with our product designers, production engineers, and sales managers.

Responsibilities:

Production management and planning (on-demand and based on projections)
Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
Monitor the production processes, reporting to related parties and adjusting schedules as needed
Estimating costs, resources and setting the quality standards
Supply chain management
Continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality assurance processes
Contribution to the product design

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a production manager
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing
Knowledge of mechanics manufacturing
Excellent computer usage skills
Great English skills
Design-engineering skills/knowledge is an advantage
