Our AIT team is looking for a QA manager who will ensure that NA products accomplish their defined mission objectives in a safe, available and reliable way. Commitment to the quality of the entire organization is key to the quality of the product and the success of the space mission. The QA manager shall ensure that QA disciplines are organized at the beginning of the project according to customer contractual requirements and are followed through to the end of the project.

As QA Manager, you will:

  • Review, implement and audit QA related processes.
  • Ensure that all QA disciplines are followed in all project stages.
  • Track and reporting NCRs.
  • Report to the Project Manager regarding QA activities for each ongoing project.
  • Perform audits for different projects, procurement and production activities to verify the implementations and effectiveness of QA processes in the company.

We expect you to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in related QA field. Experience in aerospace companies preferred.
  • Experience in compiling, reviewing and auditing QA plans, tracking NRCs and other QA related tasks
  • Good knowledge of ECSS quality management standards (especially Space Product Assurance Branch) or similar set of standards.
  • Experience in working with ISO9001 or AS9001 processes, including review boards, audits etc.
  • Education in aerospace engineering or quality management
  • The legal right to work and live in the United Kingdom
