Timelines, features and releases would be your daily curse words. Scrum Master would be in an unique position to work with multiple teams in Software Department such as Mission Control Software, Flight Software, Attitude Determination and Control Satellite Operations and coordinate tasks with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Project Engineering and Project Management. It would allow you to get a high level of understanding of how software gets and works in space. 

As a Scrum Master you will:

  • Coordinate and manage software releases: subsystem software, mission software, mission control software, simulator software. 
  • Coordinate processes between development and quality assurance teams. 
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings, communicate short term goals. 
  • Periodically check development status and adjust plans accordingly. 
  • Communicate risks between development and project management teams. 
  • Participate in mission releases by preparing mission configurations (optional). 
  • Prepare software features roadmap considering R&D and satellite project requirements (optional). 

We expect you to:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Be certified Scrum Master
  • Understand software development, quality assurance and release processes
  • Have experience in improving release workflow processes and scrum boards
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Be fluent in English and excellent at written and verbal communication

Nice to have: 

  • Be familiar with embedded software. 
  • General understanding of electronics, physics, or space industry
  • Experience using Jira


  • Starting from 3000 euros gross/ a month
