Our AIT team is looking for a Software Testing Engineer who will contribute to the development and production of various nanosats software by participating in all necessary steps which guarantee the perfect quality of satellite software.

As we say… One mistake, and you have a brick in space. Not scared? Let’s rocket quality standards to the sky (literally).

As a Software Testing Engineer, you will:

Be planning and executing manual/semi-automated test cases before a new SW release
Design new manual test cases and improve existing ones
Contribute to the development and improvement of the SW testing processes and strategy
Gain an understanding of satellite subsystems software functionality. Being able to consult colleagues
Have the ability to work independently and escalate challenges if needed

We expect you to:

Have experience in manual software/firmware testing processes and test tools
Be bug-intolerant, able to predict possible bugs
Be a quick learner, team player and be able to take responsibility
Be attentive to timeline, deadlines and successfully deliver results
Have a good proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
Have experience in working with Atlassian products

Salary:

Starting at 2000 euros gross/a month
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
