We are looking for an engineer in the Quality Control team who will contribute to the testing of our subsystems. As a part of this team, you will learn from senior colleagues, who will share their knowledge and experience. You will help the team with satellite hardware testing before the satellite is launched to the orbit. As we say… One mistake, and you have a brick in space. Not scared? As a Subsystems Test Engineer, you will:

Organize and perform subsystems testing
Evaluate how NA subsystems and components is operating
Design high quality and timely test cases and/or improve existing ones
Contribute to the development and improvement of the testing processes and strategy
Get an understanding of the satellite subsystem’s hardware
Analyze quality parameters
Be identifying, analyzing, and reporting errors to the development teams

We expect you to:

Have an electronics knowledge
Have experience in working with various testing and measurement tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, signal analyzers)
Have at least 1 year of experience working with hardware fixing or testing
Be able to see the bigger picture and navigate towards it
Be result-oriented and proactive attitude, willingness to perform daily hands-on activities
Be able to act and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Have good English language knowledge (oral and written)
Be able to work independently and escalate challenges if needed
Have the possibility to travel around the world and execute qualifications tests in other service providers’ facilities

Salary:

Starting at 2000 euros gross/a month
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
