We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is eager to contribute to the success of the company and bring a can-do attitude on board! In this role, you will own and lead the full recruitment cycle as well as be responsible for the daily execution of recruitment strategy and act as a point of contact for managers regarding recruitment-related topics.

As TA Specialist, you will: 

  • Collaborate and partner with the hiring managers while identifying the hiring needs and advising them on the recruitment process 
  • Fully own the recruitment process and follow all its stages that are set together with the hiring managers 
  • Work with hiring globally, meaning that you will participate and own UK and US talent acquisition process as well 
  • Advise and coach your colleagues about the best recruitment practices and tools to engage and attract the best talents 
  • Handle administrative tasks related to candidate journey while ensuring a high level of candidate experience 
  • Track, monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics for future hiring needs so to understand the current market trends 
  • Identify and apply the most relevant recruitment tools. 

We expect you to: 

  • Be result-oriented person with a can-do attitude, who can adapt in a fast-changing environment 
  • Be a teamwork person with a people-oriented work approach 
  • Have 2 years of hands-on experience working in recruitment, talent acquisition field 
  • Have experience working directly with hiring managers and partnering with them daily 
  • Have knowledge of best recruitment practices, tools and right media channels 
  • Have expertise in full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to offer stage 
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Have a bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or HR related field. 

Nice to have: 

  • Precious experience of working in a high-tech company or hiring engineers of different competencies 
  • Experience hiring internationally 



  • Starting from 2000 euros gross/ a month
  • The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
