We are looking for an engineer in the Quality Assurance team who will contribute to the vibration testing of various nanosats, microsats and their subsystems. Whilst contributing to the projects, you will also have an opportunity to learn from senior colleagues, who will share their knowledge and experience. You will help the team with satellite hardware testing before it gets launched to the orbit!

As Vibration Test Engineer, you will:

  • Get an understanding of NanoAvionics products
  • Plan, perform and report satellite vibration, shock and jitter tests on sensitive equipment and test benches, such as the electrodynamic shaker
  • Assess from mechanical perspective the operational environment of satellite systems and subsystems that will operate in space
  • Develop high quality test cases
  • Design test jigs in CAD and manage orders of manufacturing
  • Work hands-on by assembling test jigs
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the testing processes and strategy
  • Analyse quality parameters
  • Identify, analyse, and report errors to the development teams

We expect you to have:

  • Have a mechanical engineering background with experience in Computer Aided Design
  • Be able to see the bigger picture and focus on achieving greater goals
  • Be result-oriented and have a proactive attitude, willingness to perform daily hands-on activities
  • Be able to act and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Be proficient in technical English language
  • Be able to work independently and escalate challenges if required
  • Be able to travel abroad and supervise vibration testing at other service providers’ facilities

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence/etc.)
  • Experience writing a technical report at a high standard
  • Experience operating a test bench
  • Good sense of humor!


  • Starting from 2500 euros gross/ a month
