At Kongsberg NanoAvionics, we build small satellites that make a big impact. As part of Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, we’re on a mission to make space more accessible, reliable, and sustainable — designing and producing complete satellite platforms and components that orbit Earth today.

Our greatest strength is our people. That’s why we’re looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow the next generation of space engineers, project managers, and innovators. In this role, you’ll not only lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions but also take part in building relationships with universities and shaping our internal learning initiatives.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles (technical, administrative, and leadership levels) – from job brief and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers – advising on hiring strategies, market insights, and candidate experience best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and engaging with passive candidates
  • Represent the company at career fairs, sharing our story and attracting future talent
  • Help design and facilitate in-house learning sessions, such as interview training and onboarding workshops
  • Contribute to the creation of internship programs and academies – helping young professionals grow into future specialists
  • Continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience by implementing new tools, ideas, and data-driven decisions

We expect you to have:

  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally gained in an engineering or technology company
  • Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, databases, networks, referrals)
  • Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Lithuanian
  • A proactive mindset – you’re not afraid to test, learn, and continuously improve

Salary

  • Salary starts from  2800 to 3000 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
