We are looking for a Production Technologist who will ensure technical preparation, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve the required product quality. It is crucial for this role to develop a deep understanding of the satellite production cycle while continuously improving production efficiency and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. 

As Production Technologist, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for satellite and subsystem assembly and integration
  • Define production sequences, operation times, required tools, equipment, and environmental conditions 
  • Ensure all processes comply with quality, safety, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance to subsystem and satellite assembly engineers during manufacturing activities. Onboard newcomers
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues, analyze non-conformances (NCRs), and support corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with quality, design, test and other teams to ensure ways of working and engineering philosophy alignment and consistency across the organization  
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) 
  • Evaluate workspace layout, tooling, and ergonomics to optimize workflow
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date technological documentation (procedures, work instructions, assembly records) 

We expect you to have:

  • Have an electronics knowledge 
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in similar position 
  • Have compliance with ESD and cleanroom control 
  • Maintain a zero-defect mindset and strong attention to details 

Nice to have:

  • Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14644, ECSS and other aerospace standards 
  • IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC-7711/21 certification 
  • PCBA Class 3 designing, manufacturing and inspection requirements understanding 

Salary

  • Salary starts from 3000 to 4300 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
