Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented colleague to join our team of satellite technology professionals. You will play an important role in supply chain department by ensuring a smooth flow of materials, services and information from supply to production and project teams. You will work closely with suppliers, service providers, engineering and production departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

  • Support purchasing team in procurement management activities
  • Coordinate products, components and services supply flow from suppliers to production after they been procured
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, production and sales teams to forecast demand and align supply requirements
  • Monitor and analyse supply chain data (inventory, cost, delivery) and prepare periodic reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous process optimisation
  • Assist and support engineers in supply chain related activities
  • Assist in logistics and export control activities

We expect you to have:

  • Prior experience in supply chain industry preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with an ERP systems
  • Ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details and high sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in English

Salary

  • Salary starts from 2500 to 3000 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
