Space is complex. Good processes shouldn’t be. We’re looking for a Process Manager to help make the way we work clear, efficient, and scalable — improving processes across teams without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. You’ll turn data, feedback, and lessons learned into practical improvements that make the right way of working the easiest way of working.

As Process Manager, you will:

Lead and coordinate QMS and EMC certification audits, ensuring readiness, compliance, and effective follow-up of findings
Own and continuously improve the internal audit program, turning audit results into practical improvements
Develop, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN and Sparx Enterprise Architect
Work with process owners across the organization to simplify workflows, clarify responsibilities, and improve process effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and company-wide ways of working
Support digital transformation initiatives, translating business needs and processes into scalable digital solutions
Use data, feedback, and lessons learned to identify gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure improvements actually stick

We expect you to have:

Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), process management or quality assurance, ideally within an engineering or technology-driven organization
Hands-on experience maintaining and continuously improving a QMS, including procedures, process documentation, corrective actions, and compliance activities
Experience leading or supporting certification and external audits as well as planning and conducting internal audits
Strong knowledge of business process management and BPMN with practical experience mapping, analyzing, and improving end-to-end processes
Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar process/enterprise architecture tools
Ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies and turn them into practical, measurable improvements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and drive change across functions
Structured, analytical, and improvement-oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail

Nice to have:

Six Sigma green/black belt
BPM certification
Internal or lead auditor certification

Salary

Salary starts from 3300 to 4500 gross/per month
The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
