We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand, events, and product advertising. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is eager to make an impact on the visibility and growth of an innovative NewSpace company. You’ll work closely with our engineering, business development, and executive teams to develop brand and growth marketing strategies that reach across industries, continents, and orbits.

 

The position will report to the Head of Business Development and Marketing and offers opportunities for growth, visibility, and creativity at the frontier of the space industry.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • You’ll mostly focus on external events and digital marketing
  • Manage our global event calendar: Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsored events
  • Lead event execution: Handle logistics, vendor coordination, pre-show communications, post-event follow-ups
  • Lead digital marketing efforts: Run and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, X and industry platforms through supporting agencies
  • Organize and manage company merchandise: Coordinate branded materials for internal and external use, including swag for events, new hires, and partners
  • Assist with employer branding: Support recruitment campaigns, internal brand projects, and promotional activities in cooperation with HR
  • Track campaign results and budgets: Report on marketing KPIs and suggest improvements based on performance data
  • Coordinate with various teams from engineering to management

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in marketing, event coordination and digital advertising is a must
  • A proven track record in organizing industry events, trade shows, or exhibitions—from planning to execution
  • Practical experience with digital campaign platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads,  or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills—you’re comfortable handling multiple timelines, logistics, and stakeholders at once and are very autonomous
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset—you take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy working cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Bonus: Experience working in the aerospace, defense, or high-tech sector—or a strong interest in space innovation

Salary

  • Salary starts from 2700 to 3800 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
