We are looking for a Mechanical Parts Quality and Preparation Engineer responsible for ensuring that all mechanical components meet quality, cleanliness, and readiness standards before they enter the production process.  This role combines mechanical inspection, cleaning supervision, and part preparation activities to ensure smooth and compliant manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. 

As Mechanical Parts Quality and Preparation Engineer, you will:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and in-process mechanical parts
  • Verify component quality against engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances
  • Ensure that all parts meet cleanliness and contamination control requirements before entering cleanroom assembly
  • Conduct or supervise cleaning, degreasing, and drying processes according to internal procedures and standards
  • Maintain documentation for inspection results, part traceability, and cleaning records
  • Identify and report non-conformance (NCRs), support corrective actions
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and production engineers to ensure timely and compliant material readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement in cleaning procedures and part preparation workflows

We expect you to have:

  • Hands-on experience in mechanical quality control, cleaning processes, or precision manufacturing
  • Understanding of mechanical tolerance and metrology tools
  • Experience with inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, microscopes, torque tools)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Be highly attentive to details
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Nice to have:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical field
  • Knowledge of ERP systems for part traceability

Salary

  • Salary starts from  1575 to 1970 euros gross/ per month 
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
