We are looking for person who is expected to oversee and help with daily engineering operations needs, ensuring all systems and services function smoothly and efficiently. The role includes supervising maintenance activities, managing building security, and various facility improvement tasks and projects.

This manager will train teams, handle service vendor relationships, and ensure engineering facility complies with health, safety, and legal regulations. The position also involves working with budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence

As Operations Facility Manager, you will:

  • Be the central point of contact for engineering operations facility-related needs, from strategic planning of new spaces to hands-on supervision of daily maintenance
  • Help to install and furnish new facilities,rearrange and optimize current ones for needed engineering operations
    • Setup cleanrooms for new manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing (MAIT) proceedures
    • Prepare cleanrooms for customers visits when special setup is needed
    • Coordinate regular cleaning activities and log keeping
    • Coordinate environmental facilities needs and help with regular maintenance
  • Help in finding and planning out new facilities,  working with relevant stakeholders and managing their needs to find best suited solutions
  • Register, investigate, and resolve all physical security incidents, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Conduct designated audits and fixes to ensure our operations facility is up to the internally set standard
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and building systems (e.g., HVAC, water filters, etc) to minimize downtime
  • Prepare and present regular facility status overviews, performance metrics, and project updates in designated meetings
  • Manage inventory of essential facility supplies, tools, and equipment, overseeing procurement and ensuring necessary resources availability

We expect you to have:

  • Have prior experience of managing technical facilities or work related to them, preferably within engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Be capable of coordinating installation, furnishing, and layout changes in engineering workspaces efficiently and safely
  • Possess solid organizational and documentation skills
  • React promptly to security and every-day facility incidents, applying analytical thinking to identify root causes and corrective actions
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align facility operations with needs
  • Show initiative in improving facility safety, reliability, and efficiency through proactive monitoring and planning

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ISO cleanroom certification or environmental monitoring systems
  • Background in technical infrastructure such as HVAC, electrical systems, or ESD-safe setups
  • Practical experience in space planning, renovation coordination, or facility expansion projects
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, procurement, and vendor management for facility-related services
  • Strong data analysis or reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
  • Have a general understanding of KPIs and ability to implement and regularly track them

Salary

  • Salary starts from 2400 to 3300 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
