Our Product Development team is looking for a new Product Engineer to drive newly established subsystem sales efforts. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross‑disciplinary teams, engage directly with users and stakeholders, and lead product development from concept to validated solution. As Product Engineer, you will:

  • Support technical aspects of subsystem sales
  • Consult product users on issues related to product functions, performance, and reliability
  • Maintain comprehensive, organized, and accessible product documentation
  • Plan product feature development based on deficiencies, desired changes, market needs
  • Lead technical aspects of product development
  • Define product requirements and architecture
  • Design, develop, integrate, and test products and coordinate such cross-disciplinary project team activities
  • Identify and address technical challenges that arise during the development process
  • Foster a collaborative, open, and trust-based culture within the project team.
  • Engage stakeholders to secure necessary resources or inputs for successful project delivery

We expect you to:

  • Proven experience in developing a system/product
  • Ability of making progress based on calculated risk even when things are ambiguous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in Engineering roles
  • A technical background with at least Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Power electronics
  • Knowledge and experience of Requirements Management
  • Experience in Space, Automotive, or Medical industries

Salary

  • Salary starts from 4100 – 5550 gross/ per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
