We are preparing for significant expansion and are now looking for a Project Financial Controller to help us mature and elevate our Financial Planning, Control, and Analysis capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment and wants to make an impact on both project performance and strategic financial planning, while learning diverse skills from collaborating closely with the Company’s Project Managers, Business Development, and Finance Department. The position will report directly to the CFO.

As Project Finance Controller, you will:

Ensure financial control through the full project life cycle from initial planning to closure.
Support bid and proposal development by providing cost estimations, profitability scenarios, and financial insights to guide decision-making.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Monitor and analyze project performance vs. budget and investigate deviations with relevant stakeholders and close collaboration with Project Managers.
Maintain project forecasts, track financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to improved accuracy in financial projections for the Finance Department.
Support revenue recognition, working capital analysis, and risk provisioning in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 15).
Help consolidate project-level forecasts into company-wide portfolio and financial forecasts.
Contribute to product, market, and customer profitability analysis in support of business decisions.
Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards tailored to internal stakeholders and management needs.
Assist the Finance department with monthly reporting, forecasting cycles, budgeting, and other ongoing activities.

We expect you to:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business & Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial controlling, project controlling, FP&A, or audit related to project revenue recognition or cost accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Necessary Excel skills to carry out ad-hoc tasks, experience with tools like Power BI, Qlik or other tools for business intelligence and analytics is a benefit but not a requirement.
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Salary:

Starting from 3500 to 4700 gross/per month
The final offer will depend based on the level of competencies and experience
