The Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented colleague to join our satellite technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for launch booking operations and services. You will be a key partner to the project management, business development and legal teams, supporting decisions through a understanding of the global launch market, providers and trends.
The position owns the knowledge, processes, and relationships needed to manage launch procurement as well as company services needs.

As Purchasing Manager specialist, you will:

Develop Launch market expertise and international relations
Maintain strong knowledge of global launch markets, providers, vehicles, and emerging trends
Evaluate all launch providers and keep track of their progress and manifest
Advise internal stakeholders on launch opportunities, constraints, timelines, and risks
Responsible for the launch bookings (satellite launch purchase) process and execution
Administrate launch bookings and services Purchase orders in ERP system
Bring expertise and solutions to launch contracts
Apply negotiation skills to discussions with launch providers
Advice legal team on launch-related contracts
Owns the documentation and process
Support and build the know-how for launch mission planning and execution, including schedules, interfaces, documentation, and readiness reviews
Coordinate launch campaigns with launch service providers, integrators, satellite operations, and internal engineering teams
In addition you will Develop and manage designated purchasing category (services)

We expect you to have:

1 – 2 years of professional experience, ideally in Aviation, Supply chain or Procurement
Project management capability (planning, coordination, tracking)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English
Advanced problem‑solving and structured thinking
Effective negotiation skills

Salary

Salary starts from 2800 to 3500 gross/per month
The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
