The Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented colleague to join our satellite technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for running and continuously improving Procurement operations

As Senior Purchasing Manager specialist, you will:

  • Develop procurement strategies and policies to optimize procurement processes
  • Manage and oversee the entire procurement cycle, including contracting, negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management
  • Manager suppliers onboarding and annual evaluations process
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for staff delegated to perform daily purchasing activities functions
  • Report key performance indicators and metrics to measure the progress and success of the procurement both for purchasing managers’ productivity as well as suppliers’ performance
  • Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and key stake holders to ensure the contracts is performing as expected
  • Analyze and report actual and planned expenses
  • Support project and engineering departments by timely communicating supply, delivery and quality challenges which may affect ongoing projects

We expect you to have:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a procurement environment. Senior level preferred
  • Experience in the managing of complex contracts
  • Ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Time management and task prioritizing skills
  • Strong attention to details and high sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with an ERP systems
  • Fluency in English

Salary

  • Salary starts from 3700 to 4200 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
