The Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented colleague to join our satellite technology organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for running and continuously improving supply chain operations, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Oversee supply cycle of components and services used in satellite manufacturing from vendor to production
  • Lead demand planning and inventory management activities to ensure availability of critical and long lead components while balancing cost and inventory risk
  • Collaborate closely with project management engineering production and sales teams to forecast demand align supply requirements and maintain delivery schedules
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify risks bottlenecks and opportunities to improve purchasing inventory and logistics activities
  • Optimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency cost control and data transparency
  • Define implement and monitor key supply chain KPIs develop reporting tools to track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively participate in ERP system development related to supply chain inventory and procurement processes

We expect you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply chain industry
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian
  • Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility

Salary

  • Salary starts from 2800 to 4000 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
