Business Development Manager

Kongsberg NanoAvionics’ Business Development & Marketing team is looking for a new team member to take ownership of the full sales cycle – from identifying new opportunities and building a pipeline to coordinating proposals, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, you will work with technically complex satellite solutions across both commercial and defence markets, collaborating closely with technical teams, project teams, legal, and company management. We are looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with strategic thinking, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate complex customer needs. This role is important in helping customers shape successful space missions while supporting KNA’s growth in international markets.

Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a test automation engineer in the Quality Control department who will help to develop automated test stands used for automated tests execution, reports analysis and other testing features. As a part of this team, you will learn from senior colleagues, who will share their knowledge and experience. Your contribution will help the team to test satellite’s hardware and software before the satellite is launched into orbit.

Electronics Engineer

Our Electronics Engineering team is looking for a new colleague to play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial space projects. You will contribute directly to the design and development of advanced subsystems that will power small satellite platforms, making a tangible impact in the rapidly evolving New Space industry. 

Satellite Assembly Engineer

Our Production team is looking for a Satellite Assembly Engineer to join our growing satellite production team. In this role, you will take part in the assembly, integration, and testing of satellite platforms and subsystems in a cleanroom environment. As a part of this team, we expect to be familiar with the smell of solder fumes and to be obsessed with a screwdriver. AIT Engineer

Our AIT Engineering team is looking for a new member. You will be involved in converting satellite design into ready to fly satellite!

The AIT engineer focuses on ensuring all activities go smoothly during Assembly, Integration and Testing phases of the satellite missions. Providing lessons learned to design team to improve. Ensure necessary hardware is ready for satellite assembly, payload integration and testing activities. The AIT engineer is a first point of contact within internal teams for Assembly, Integration and Testing phases.
